French National Days of Photoemission Spectroscopy, JNSPE 2025
from May 14, 2025 to May 16, 2025
Rosinel Alfonzo, a first-year PhD student in the EPI team, was awarded of the best poster communication at JNSPE 2025.
The Journées Nationales des Spectroscopies de PhotoEmission (French National Days of Photoemission Spectroscopy, JNSPE) are the annual event of the Photoemission Spectroscopy Research Federation FR SPE 2050 (fr-spe.cnrs.fr). The JNSPE aims to present the latest developments in photoemission spectroscopy, both for understanding phenomena related to the physics and chemistry of surfaces and interfaces, as well as the broader analytical aspects of these techniques. The JNSPE 2025 conference took place from May 14th to 16th, 2025, at Valpré-Lyon in Ecully.
In a competition against first-, second-, and third-year PhD students, Rosinel Alfonzo, a first-year doctoral student in the EPI team, won the best poster award.
The award was given by Hervé Martinez, Director of FR SPE 2050.
This year, the JNSPE was organized by a consortium of laboratories (IRCELYON, IFPEN, LTDS, MatéIS, INL, ILM).
