E-MRS Fall 2022 : Ultra-wide Bandgap Semiconductors Symposium
The 2022 E-MRS Fall Meeting and Exhibit will be held from September 19 to 21 (exhibition) and September 19 to 22 (technical sessions), in Warsaw University of Technology. One of the 17 symposia is coorganized by E. Chikoidze, engineer at GEMaC Laboratory, and will focus on Ultra wide-band-gap semiconductors for energy and electronics. Call for proposals is open until June 6, 2022. -
