Practical information about your arrival

   

The university offers you a welcome service at the airport upon your arrival in France. Someone will accompany you to the university, your home or your hotel.
To benefit from this service, you will need to complete a form that will be sent to you with your acceptance letter.

A meeting to welcome exchange students takes place at the beginning of each semester. An invitation will be sent to you one to two months before your arrival.

Students selected for an exchange program at the UVSQ can apply for a room in a university residence. A form will be sent to you with your acceptance letter.

The housing service can also help you in your search for private accommodation (residences, shared apartments, homestays, etc.).
